Program Overview
The Leadership Academy is our flagship program designed to nurture leadership potential in young people ages 13-19. Through a combination of workshops, mentorship, community service, and practical leadership experiences, participants develop the skills, confidence, and vision to lead effectively.
Our curriculum is built on the belief that true leadership begins with self-awareness and extends to positively influencing others and creating meaningful change. Participants progress through a comprehensive program that balances personal development with collaborative projects and real-world leadership opportunities.

Our 6-month leadership journey combines workshops, mentorship, and hands-on leadership experiences.
